Reservation Conditions
| Accounts | Balance of accounts are payable on arrival. Payment must be made for full time booked. No reduction for early departure or late arrivals. Minimum tariffs apply during peak times. |
| Arrivals / Departures | Check in time is anytime after 2pm and check out is 10am. Please advise us before 9am if you are wishing to stay another night. |
| Visitors | All visitors must report to the office. They are the responsibility of the registered guest and must leave quietly before 10.00pm. |
| Accommodation | There is strictly no smoking in our accommodation. A $50 cleaning charge will apply. Please notify us of any breakages or faulty equipment. |
| Power sites | All caravans must have a current electrical warrant and provide own waste container. All tents on powered sites must have a caravan connection with an RCD. |
| Conduct | To ensure that all guests have a pleasant stay we expect commonsense and consideration to be shown at all times. This includes reasonable behavior and dress at all times. |
| Alcohol | All alcohol is to be consumed on your site or in your unit. |
| Noise | No noise between 10.30pm and 7am. |
| Cancellations | A cancellation fee of $12.00 applies to all bookings. Deposits for bookings cancelled less than 2 weeks prior to arrival will not be refunded unless the unit can be refilled, less the $12.00 cancellation fee. |
